The pulp of perfectly ripe and sweet soursop fruits is frozen here in the UK once the skin and core have been removed. It’s frozen in 1kg vacuum bags with the natural fibre from the fruit and seeds included.

The benefit of frozen soursop pulp is that it’s ready for consumption as soon as it arrives with you, whereas the fresh fruit takes time to ripen. Also, the frozen pulp is 100% edible, unlike the fresh soursop which has skin, seeds and a core which need to be discarded.

Usage

This product can be consumed neat, mixed into smoothies and desserts, or used to make soursop juice. Rememebr to remove the seeds before using our St Lucian soursop pulp.

We suggest diluting at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:1.5. Therefore with each 1kg sachet you can produce 2l to 2.5l of soursop drink.

To make a drink, simply mix with water or milk. Add a natural sweetener if desired. As this frozen soursop does contain the pulp of the fruit we suggest blending or straining to produce a smooth drink.

Storage

Refrigerate as soon as you receive and use within 7 days or re-freeze and use by the best before date shown.
