Frozen soursop pulp 100g

The pulp of the soursop fruit is frozen at source in Brazil once the seeds, skin and core have been removed. It’s strained to remove the fibre and separated into 100g sachets before being frozen.

The flavour is like fresh soursop and it retains the nutritional goodness as it’s quickly processed and flash frozen soon after being harvested.

The frozen soursop pulp is a convenient choice for making juice or adding to smoothies and can also be taken neat.

Some people prefer to purchase the fresh soursop as they consider it to be nutritionally optimal, however with modern flash freezing, there is evidence to suggest that frozen fruits contain virtually the same goodness when compared to fresh fruits.

The benefit of frozen soursop pulp is that it’s ready for consumption as soon as it arrives with you, whereas the fresh fruit takes time to ripen. Also, the frozen pulp is 100% edible, unlike the fresh soursop which has skin, seeds and a core which need to be discarded.

Usage	This product can be consumed neat, mixed into smoothies and desserts, or used to make soursop juice. We suggest diluting at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:1.5. Therefore with each 100g sachet you can produce 200ml to 250ml of soursop drink. To make a drink, simply mix with water or milk. Add a natural sweetener if desired.
