Dried soursop leaves
While the fresh soursop fruit is widely used for tasty desserts and juices, the dried soursop leaves have long been used to make tea to be used in traditional medicine in various cultures.
Our air-dried soursop leaves are currently sourced from Sri Lanka and St Lucia. Some of the leaves are air-dried at source whilst others are transported to us fresh then we air-dry, hand sort and pack them here in the UK.
Our St Lucian dried soursop leaves are organically grown leaves which are harvested by hand in small batches and washed in spring water. They are harvested at the last possible opportunity before being packed for export meaning they are the freshest leaves we can source. In order to maintain a good crop of soursop fruits, there are limits on how many leaves can be cut from the tree each week so we only receive them in small quantities.
The soursop leaves are sold in 10g packets which usually contain 20 to 30 leaves, and larger 100g packets which usually contain between 200 to 300 leaves. The St Lucian leaves are only available in 50g packets which usually contain 100 to 150 leaves.
If you choose to consume 2 cups per day and follow our preparation guidance below, you will require about 2 10g packets per week.
For orders exceeding 3kg, please contact us for a price.
